A TESTIMONY ABOUT JESUS (68) Revelation 13:1 – 10

The beasts of Revelation 13 continued.

As stated in the previous blog, the seventh kingdom will be a secular, not a religious system. Some religious leaders are concerned that the people may not support religious organizations in such a system. Accordingly, the three monotheistic religions are exploring how to influence the global system’s formation to ensure their long-range survival. A complementary religious cooperation among the three monotheistic religions has been proposed. However, the first meeting planned for the year 2000 did not take place. The current religious environment and attitudes, primarily in Christianity, are not conducive to a successful religious trilateral order. Christianity cannot speak with one voice. The idea, however, was kept alive, and a first meeting of the three monotheistic religions was held in 2022 in Kazakhstan. However, even if such cooperation is realized, it must function within the global system’s policy and guidelines. If realized, the religious cooperation will not impact the formation and operation of the seventh kingdom. Also, the religious trilateralism will not create a single global religion.

No one should assume or expect Satan to have an aggressive and visible role in forming the seventh kingdom. Satan does not have the authority to guide the world’s affairs actively and visibly. Jesus overthrew him as the prince of this world. The seventh kingdom of Revelation chapter 17 is humankind’s initiative and will progress according to humankind’s plans. The concept and the nature of the seventh kingdom on earth were conceived in sixteenth-century Europe. The concept has been refined and consolidated into a globally implementable system. How? The answer will be in the ensuing blogs.

Neither Angel nor John has described the seventh kingdom in sufficient detail. Nothing in first-century Christianity existed that could be employed to describe the truly global system. Even Daniel, in chapter two, gave it a more cursory treatment. In biblical times, people did not have anything they could use to contrast it. The previous six kingdoms functioned primarily in the Middle East-Asia Minor and the Mediterranean region. The people whom God chose to bring the Messiah into the world through lived there. Today, however, God’s people are in the whole world. Therefore, the seventh kingdom must function in the region where God’s people are, the whole world. The seventh kingdom, “One World,” will truly be a global system, a global economic and commercial integration order. Its main characteristics will be the realization of global peace and prosperity.

To be continued.
